Welcome back to another exciting semester. With your leaderships, I am sure that our community will be stimulated with many incredible opportunities and activities.
To update all club-leaders on relevant finance information and changes, it is required that ALL CLUB PRESIDENTS and TREASURERS (recognized, chartered, and secured) attend a mandatory information session led by the Student Union Treasurer. A significant part of the information session will focus on using the newly established Student Union Management System (SUMS). SUMS is a comprehensive system that will allow student clubs and organizations to better manage their finances - the Finance Board Allocations Fund and Fundraising accounts.
*IMPORTANT*: Please note that SUMS will be the primary avenue for ALL request. Payments and reimbursements requests have to be submitted online (www.brandeisweb.com). After Early Marathon expires, old Withdrawal Forms will no longer be accepted. In order to obtain your club's log-in and password, you should attend one of the following sessions:
- Thursday, January 28, 3:00 pm ~ 4:15 pm
- Thursday, January 28, 4:30 pm ~ 5:45 pm
- Friday, January 29, 3:00 pm ~ 4:15 pm
- Friday, January 29, 4:30 pm ~ 5:45 pm

All sessions are open to everyone in the Brandeis Community -- students interested in becoming club leaders at some point are strongly encouraged to attend a session. All sessions will be held in SHAPIRO CAMPUS CENTER THEATER. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start time.
