This page includes all finance-related forms. By clicking on the name, a respective file type (document, excel, PDF, etc) will pop-up in a different window. Some forms will have 2 options: a blank form and a sample (pre-filled) form.

Treasurer’s Manual

This page includes the main package (PDF version) of Treasurer’s Manual. This is further dissected into several sections so that people can refer to each section if needed instead of having to download the entire manual.

Budget Updates

This page includes weekly updates on budgets of ALL clubs. Each week budget
update will be in two file types – PDF and webpage versions.

Products

This page includes web-generated application form for digital cameras, video cameras, and 2-way radios. Upon filling out the form and clicking on “Submit” button, an e-mail will be sent to treasurer@brandeis.edu and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the applicant. This page also includes instructions on how to use these products.

Allocations

This page includes allocation results of all secured and chartered clubs. All Marathon and Emergency Request results of chartered clubs can also be found in my.brandeis.edu. This website is a short overview of results and any other allocations that my.brandeis.edu may not provide.

Welcome to the new website for the Office of the Treasurer! This website contains all the information you need, including management tools for clubs and various Student Union forms. In addition, the Constitution, By-Laws, and Treasurer’s Manual are available for you in both PDF and HTML formats.
